However, we do not like surprises that cost us more money or take additional time. Since you probably feel the same way, we have made your spare parts order easy to calculate. No surprises, no hidden costs:
We ship your orders at a fixed fee:
- Regular deliveries within Austria and to Czech Republic, Poland, Croatia, Slovenia at 30 EUR - incl. handling, packaging, and shipping costs
- Regular deliveries to Bulgaria, Hungary, and Romania at 42 EUR - incl. handling, packaging, and shipping costs
- Regular deliveries to Slovakia at 52 EUR - incl. handling, packaging, and shipping costs
- Please contact us for express deliveries
- Warranty deliveries at 0 EUR - no shipping costs will be charged
- Only extraordinary deliveries that require special handling will be charged separately.
We will deliver all your orders as quickly as possible - our promise:
- Stock parts are shipped immediately, including partial deliveries. Shipping costs are only charged once.
- If your order cannot be shipped by our regular shipping service provider, we will contact you.
- Same-day delivery: Orders placed on weekdays from Monday to Friday before 2:00 PM are generally dispatched the same day, except on public holidays.
- The average delivery time is 2-5 working days.
You will receive a tracking link in the shipping confirmation email when your package leaves our warehouse. In some cases, we may be unable to provide a tracking link.
